About 9jaya – Bangladesh's Trusted Betting Platform

Who We Are

The 9jaya Origin Story

9jaya was founded with a single, clear ambition: to give Bangladeshi sports fans and casino enthusiasts a platform that truly understands them. Before 9jaya, players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond had to deal with slow foreign platforms, unreliable payment gateways, and customer support that knew nothing about the BPL, the Bangladesh Tigers, or how bKash actually works. We built 9jaya to fix that — from the ground up.

Today, 9jaya stands as one of Bangladesh's most recognised names in online entertainment. Our platform brings together the country's most popular sports betting markets — cricket, football, kabaddi — alongside a full live casino, a diverse slot library, crash games, and a growing suite of table games. Every feature, every payment option, and every customer touchpoint has been designed with the Bangladeshi player at the centre.

We operate with a strong commitment to responsible gaming. 9jaya is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We believe that entertainment should always stay within healthy boundaries, and we provide the tools to help players manage their experience responsibly. Our SSL-encrypted infrastructure and third-party certified RNG systems ensure every game is genuinely fair, every transaction is secure, and every user's data is protected.

Account Security Two-step verification, encrypted data storage, and strict KYC protocols protect every 9jaya account from unauthorised access.

Responsible Gaming We provide deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion tools because we want every player to stay in control of their entertainment.

Our Audience

Built for Bangladesh's Players

9jaya is designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market. That means everything from our language support and currency display to our payment partners and sports coverage is tailored to the daily realities of players living in Bangladesh. Whether you're a cricket fan tracking the Bangladesh Tigers in the T20 World Cup, a slots player looking for the latest Pragmatic Play releases, or a live casino regular who enjoys Dragon Tiger and Teen Patti, 9jaya has a dedicated product line for you.

Our user base spans every major city and division of Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. We understand that players in different parts of the country have different preferences, different access to banking, and different sports loyalties. That is why 9jaya supports multiple local mobile payment networks and maintains broad sports coverage across cricket, football, and kabaddi.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are kept intentionally low so that both casual recreational players and high-frequency bettors can participate comfortably. Our tiered VIP programme rewards loyalty with exclusive cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account managers for top-tier members. At every level of play, 9jaya works hard to make sure the platform feels welcoming, fair, and genuinely fun.

9jaya is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. We take our responsibility to player welfare seriously. Our responsible gaming framework includes self-imposed deposit limits, daily and weekly loss caps, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options for any player who feels they need a break. If gambling is ever affecting your daily life, relationships, or finances, we encourage you to use these tools immediately or contact our support team.

Our customer support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email.
